One Jacques Berlioz is to be denied entry until he can be questioned by Ceres Internal Security in the role of his firearm in the death of one Jane McGowan. The composition of the tungsten alloy residue left at the scene of her death matched with 96% likelihood that of his weapon. This is not considered a warrant at this time.
